For the first time UK has a public hydrogen refueling station. It offers 350 bar and 700 bar, the two standard filling pressures for hydrogen vehicles. Placed at Honda grounds in Swindon, the station is strategically located along the M4. The station is designed just like a conventional petrol station and the filling procedure shall be similar to that with a fossil car.

The station is built and operated by industrial gases company BOC, a member of The Linde Group, the venture is the result of a partnership between Honda, BOC and economic development company Forward Swindon.
